Show off your TV show libraries in iTunes. Maybe we can get ideas for new shows to check out from everyone's cover art.

Edit: Added South Park Season 11 (epic) and Season 2 of 30 Rock.

nice.
however, for some reason my tv shows show up as squares as yours are rectangle. hm pretty weird. ill post a pic when I get to my iMac as my new MacBook doesn't have many TV shows.

OK, this will take two screenshots. We have 84 TV shows. Lots of very old shows and lots of new ones too. We have Californication twice because we meant to buy the HD version first but bought SD by mistake. Too lazy to ask for a refund I guess.

That is because I ripped my own DVDs to iTunes and uploaded my own artwork. I would love to have them be squares but unless you buy from iTunes I assume that is impossible...

Wow all the TV shows look great when displayed in itunes, all mine are just sitting in plain old folders with show names.
I was wondering if i wanted to import all my TV shows to itunes would i need to convert them all to mp4? or is there anyway to import them as they are which are avi files?

At £1.89 per episode along with the crazy DRM which means they won't play on anything which isn't Apple branded you can count me out. There's that and it just seems a little odd to be paying money for shows which were broadcasted for free anyway.

I haven't paid Apple a dime for the shows I have.

Don't have any at the moment but probably will later on. If I did I would have :

Heroes - Seasons 1 & 2
House - Seasons 1,2,3 & 4
Lost - Season 1,2,3, & 4 (December)
Entire Series of Invasion
Terminator - The Sarah Connor Chronicles Season 1
Prisonbreak - Seasons 1 & 2 (Seasons 3 & 4 blow)

That would probably be about it.

Dexter is a pretty good show, only got to see it a couple times though.

Mostly rips off DVD's.

FRIENDS IS EPIC.

Nice. I think I might do that.
How do you get it to show up under TV shows though? When I did it last time they always show up under "Movies".
Thanks!

Oh and for .avi's (downloaded from torrents), do I have to convert them to put em in iTunes? If so, what program should I use to optimize quality?

It would be really cool to have all my TV shows organized in iTunes.

Thanks again!

Here is mine. Bought a lot for my son to entertain him on trips and errands around town.

To change from Movie to TV Show, just Cmd-I (Get Info), go to the Options tab and change from Movie to TV Show.

To convert from .AVI to .MP4, I use a program called Visual Hub and there are presets for whatever you will be playing the video on (iPhone, Apple TV, etc)
