hey guy's well i'm about to start my video game collection and i'm going to start with Nintendo i was just wondering if you have some pics to share that would be great also for my collection...

Well now, that would take sometime here!

I will start from the top. In the house right now hooked up; there is the original Nintendo, Atari 2600, Atari Jaguar, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Sega, Sega Genesis, Sega Dreamcast (best console ever), Xbox, PS2, Gamecube. So far that is what I have hooked up, there are few more in the closet that I need to find a space for. Pics will follow when I can get wires and what not sorted out, looks pretty embarrassing as I look and type to post.

Oh boy...

Well, unfortunately, I have my games scattered across two different bedrooms (I'm a senior in college), a garage (storage), and my friends' houses.

But here's some pics I took a while ago:

My two most recent gaming pick ups:

Somewhere in my garage I have a N64, PlayStation, Super Nintendo, some GameBoys, probably another hundred games or so, and a whole lot of collectibles/paraphernalia/junk/etc. At one point or another, I've had every major console and handheld released since the PSOne. But with school and a fluctuating income due to responsibilities and whatnot, my game collection has grown much larger than what you see here, and has been much smaller at points. Can't freaking WAIT to finally get my own apartment (hopefully this summer) that's more permanent, so I can actually have all my games in one place.

You need Assassin's Creed II, it's much better than the original. Can't wait for the next Elder Scrolls... Although, it will be hard leveling again. I've had a "badass" guy for two plus years now, can't imagine starting from scratch.

Yeah I definitely wasn't into AC, although I only hear good things about the sequel. And yeah Skyrim looks great : ) Hopefully the level scaling isn't the same as it was in Oblivion. Kinda silly seeing the same bands you saw at early levels wearing crazy armor way down the line. Nothing a good mod cant fix though.

add maybe 20 games apiece for the wii, 360, and ps3 in addition to this and that would be close to total collection. No computer games

OK here goes... I cleared all of my video games away recently (just had too much) and chucked loads of original boxes etc etc (I tried to give stuff away but no one was really interested).

Sorry about the image quality, I took it on my phone. Note that it only shows a sample of the accessories, the consoles are mostly all boxed now, If i get a chance ill post more pics.


Stuff I have gathered over the years in rough chronological order:


Nes + around 20 games, 3 pads, gun etc etc

Original gameboy plus a couple of games

Mega Drive + around 10 games, 2 pads

Snes + around 30 games, 2 pads

Gamegear plus a couple of games

Gameboy pocket (green)

PSX plus 13 games, 3 pads, gun

N64 plus around 20 games, 4 pads, lots of rumble and memory units

2x Dreamcast, 9 pads, around 30 games, lots of sealed rumble and memory units, scart lead, vga lead, original boxes, sealed controller, some sealed games

ps2 (slim), around 10 games, 2 pads

gamecube, around 10 games, 4 pads

wii, around 20 games, 4 wii motes, 3 nunchucks, 2 steering wheel things

DS Lite (white), around 10 games

Ps3 80gb, around 10 games, 3 pads

PSP 2000 (White), around 5 games

Xbox 360 250gb, 4 games (I think) 2 pads

Most of my home consoles are boxed away, but I have;
NES, Mega Drive, Dreamcast, N64, Amiga, PS1, Xbox.
I don't really play modern home consoles but I have a Wii (20 games+15 Virtual Console games) and Xbox (very few games, bought for RockBand 2).

DS+PSP collection. I like my rare(ish) PSP games :3
+15 or so PSN downloaded titles like FF7-9, Pinball Heroes, Williams Pinball Classics, Sega Classics, Rayman etc.

Cupboard where I keep all the important stuff. Old PC game boxes, Gameboy boxes and manuals, Gameboy Advance boxes, accessories.

Gameboy Advance(s) and game collection. My fave console ever this!

Gameboy(s) and game collection. Some rare ones in there. Bought those Zelda Oracle games boxed at a very ace price a couple of years ago. Never used!

My whole Steam library of ~200 games+the entire Mega Drive collection.

my iOS game collection. I don't really see this as a proper gaming platform but it's hard to stay away when games are 59p.

My classic game collection consists of the basics. Mario 1, 3. Sonic 1, 2. Streets of Rage 2... too many to really go into there.
My Amiga collection sits at around 200 games .
+ Some gaming memorabilia; Ambassadors of Funk Mario tape, Street Fighter 2 launch VHS video, Mortal Kombat headband from the developers themselves, some signed games, Dreamcast arcade sticks...


I'd love a SNES with Mario World. That's my super-realistic-but-can't-be-bothered-to-go-for-just-yet dream.
