Power adapter buzzing.... >.> what to do?

Hi, I just noticed my battery was at 83% even though I was "supposedly" plug in. I checked the LED indicator on the MagSafe connector, and it was off. I unplugged the Adapter from the wall, and Plugged it back in, and now it's doing a low buzzing sound, and the LED indicator doesn't light up...I have to call Apple, right? or is there anything else I should try first?
