This may be a dumb question, but figured I would ask before blowing up my Air. I seem to have lost my plug tip the connects the brick into the wall recently. I still have the extended cord, so she can still be powered up. Question is, is there any capability issues with using the plug tip from a 60W or 85 W MagSafe adapter from an older Powerbook if it fits into the brick and is considered the same 2.5A 125V adapter...Thanks in advance for any help!

All of the little heads are interchangeable between most apple products (Airport Express, iPod USB Charger (brick version), laptop power bricks) so it should work

no there isn't, but you cannot use a MBA on a desk with a 60W or 85W charger.

I was referring to the part that plus into the wall, not the computer itself...

On the wall side it is not a problem, they are all standard cords/plugs and I think that Apple even uses the same ones among all of their adapters.

Yeah, I have about five of those 'wall-side tips' that I keep in a desk drawer. Two came from very old iPod power adapters, one is from a MB, one is from MBP, and one came from my Air. Never had a problem intermixing them.
