HI All,
I'm trying to find a solution for my Dad who lives in South Africa. At the moment they are experiences quite extensive electricity outages. He has a 2015 MBP that he reckons can last about 2 hours on battery. I am looking at solutions to try and get this to around 8 hours so he can work and watch a bit of entertainment. Has anyone any power bank recommendations for such an older machine or are there any other creative (And cost effective) solutions out there. Thanks all!

I'd recommend an Apple Silicon Mac as it should give him much better battery life and he could also charge it with commodity powerbanks instead of powerbanks that provide household current.
