Power beats pro issue

I got the new power beats pro from Walmart with extended warranty from Walmart for 3 years.

The issue I’m having is the left ear bud was at 36% while the right was at 100% not sure if I didn’t put the left bud all the way in the charger but what can I do to fix it ?

I put both to charge and started to charge very fast and strangely when I open the case again it doesn’t show which ear bud it’s charging.

Also do the pins look ok ?

You might need to press the bud a bit harder to make sure the contact is firm. I had this problem during my two-week trial.

you can add the batteries widget to your device and leave the case open with the earbuds in the case. It'll show you the current charge and if they're charging

widget works... But mine did that once, i restarted the phone and they were both at 100....
