Hello to all, please i need some information.
Friend gives me a POWER MAC with XEONCPU i think 2009 model. He has 2 operating systems for his job. Windows and Mojave. 1 Hard Disk 1TB.
He make the dual booting with boot camp.
He told me that no needs to keep and boot with windows and to delete everything and make 1ΤΒ as is. The VGA of the mac is Radeon nitro 8gb. With windows boot normally. But it can boot to MAC OS.!!! I don't know exactly what he is doing. I try with different card compatible vga after too many times i did to boot to recovery mode and delete everything but when i try to internet recovery mac shows me no compatible vga card bare metal.!
I put again the radeon no lucky chimes the sound of the boot but nothing display!!!!! i try it lots of times but no success.
What to do for that? one solution that i think is to find compatible vga card for this model make the installation if is ok and then put back the radeon...
Any idea what to do about!!!

What Radeon is it? It sounds like the card hasn't been "flashed" for use with Macs, which means it'll only work in macOS once the login screen displays (and Windows), so you can't use it to reinstall macOS.

Mojave requires a Metal-capable video card. Does the error message say that the video card you put in for Internet Recovery is not Metal-capable?

I must check it which model of radeon nitro is...but is the big one!! but i check later. But should it play or not?

It should work once macOS has been fully installed. But you won't see anything on the screen until it has booted to the login screen.
Yes i know that but this time is empty must install from the scratch and power mac not gives me vga output , i listen the chimes but not image on the screen

Can you ignore that error and install macOS anyway?
No i cannot install stuck on.

You could try making a patched Mojave installer using this and installing with the GT 120. After Mojave is installed, don't apply any post-installation patches; just put the other GPU back in. You'll need an existing macOS installation to create the patched installer though. Another possibility, if the other GPU is an RX 580, is to flash it so you'll see what's going on when the machine boots up.

No i cannot install stuck on.

Put an SSD to an external USB enclosure.
Plug this external enclosure to another Apple computer
Install Mojave on it.
Now remove the SSD and install it to your Mac Pro, with the Nitro card
Power it up and do 3 times PRAM resets.
It should boot to Mojave for you.
