My ASUS PA278CV Monitor supports 65W power delivery over USB-C. I've already plug my new MacBook in, and it charged. So, is the 65W from the monitor good for the MacBook?

I ask this cause the included Power Adapter is 67W USB-C; so would the 2W difference cause a issue when charging?

Any sort of workflow that would halt charging on 65W can likely do so at 67W. 2W isn’t worth getting worked up about.

FYI. I've been charging my 2019 MBP which came with a 96w charger on my trusty little 45w GaN travel charger since the day I got it. It doesn't fast charge.. but it charges and stays powered just fine.
