I’ve recently become interested in this pair, and will visit an Apple Store this weekend to try it out. In the meantime, I’ve been reading reviews and some users claim it’s not fully isolating. What are others’ experiences?

Also, are there triple-flange tips that are compatible with it? My daily pair is Etymotic so I have come to really like those tips.

Unlike Airpods Pro, it does NOT have active noise cancellation (ANC). But when it fits properly, you probably get about 80-90% reduction in outside noise.

I have a pair and I like them. I also have Airpods 2. I found Powerbeats Pro feels more secure on my ear when I am working out. Granted Airpods 2 never fell out when working out, but I just like the over the ear for added security of not having it fall out accidentally.

Would you also happen to wear glasses regularly - prescription or shades? If you do, do the ear hooks feel uncomfortable?

I do not wear a prescription glasses.

I do wear sunglasses when I am outside in sunny weather. But for the most part, I only use my powerbeats pro when I work out in the gym or at home.

I could see how it may be uncomfortable wearing a sunglass with Powerbeats Pro. But I can't say I have a first hand knowledge in that area.

I just picked up a pair at the Apple Store. Worse comes to worst, I figure I can get a refund. Thanks for your feedback!

Enjoy!

I know I certainly like my pair for workouts and home use.

I wear prescription glasses and Powerbeats pro at the same time. It was a little weird at first, but after I adjusted the ear hooks I don’t notice them at all.
