Just noticed on my PB Pro that the tiny mesh covering the speaker tube has gone missing.... hopefully not in my ear. Assume this is covered under warranty? Anyone had similar?

So on chat with Apple. They originally were going to a do a send out, hold on CC, return replacement for both headphones. However the agent then cam back and said this wasn't an option as it had happened on both (could have if it had happened to only one). Now suggesting that I drive an 80 mile round trip to see a service centre. The headphones have 3 month of warranty left. Trying to escalate as it's not really appropriate to suggest that, surely?

So after having escalated several times, replacement buds are on their way via a DIY repair. They even tried to indicate it would be a chargeable repair due to accidental damage! Huh, the mesh grills have fallen out while wearing them for exercise, which is their purpose after all.

You're not the only one. It just happened to me.
