Only the left one works.

There are two instances of Powerbeats in Bluetooth list, one for each ear.

Serial number not showing in general about. No other way to check serial number without box.

Press and holding button for 15 seconds won’t make it reset.

Kinda hard to bring it to Apple with no serial number.

Hi there, when I had a problem with my PowerBeats Pro I used the serial number on the inside of the charging case (as per Apple Support's website). They processed my logged repair with swapped parts via MobileGenius/GSX, with each ear piece going through as a separate part, but all linked through the serial number inside the case. I had the same issue, and found that I just needed to clean the contacts on both the ear piece and the case, then leave them to charge overnight. Good luck!

Cleaning contacts? Interesting as they look clean and the both sides have fully charged.

That doesn’t explain why the case refuses to reset.

I would think that the case could only reset the ear pieces if the contacts are clean and aligned, as well as everything having full charge. Try what I've said, otherwise I would contact Apple as there could be one/multiple failed parts.

Unfortunately Apple can’t help without a serial number. It’s not in the lid and it doesn’t show up in ‘general>about.’
