Hi is it possible to flash a Powercolor pcs+ hd 7950 3gb.

I had a go by downloading the tool from here http://forum.netkas.org/index.php/topic,5619.0.html

However I get the this message when trying to flass the card in windows "firmware is already loaded".

Now my mac pro 3,1 displays the card as AMD Radeon HD 8950 6GB.

Any advice, where I have gone wrong.
