iPhone PowerMac g4 for jailbreak unlock

Can I use a PowerMac g4 to jailbreak and unlock (and install ipad baseband if needed) on an iphone 3g/3gs?

Not sure, but the mac would need to be Intel-based.

Pwnage tool might be Universal.
