...i cant seem to find any sheets on replacment.....anyone know what battery to get, and how to change it? My clock isnt keeping proper time...and it keep jumping back to 1923....

The other option is to remove the battery completely, and make the clock sync to network time. I find replacing those batteries is more trouble than it's worth.
thanks guys....its rarely plugged into a network...and i like my desktop the way i like it..... is it that hard to change? im pretty computer savvy
It's not that it's difficult to change, but just annoying. A good deal of the components have to come out in order to put the new one in. iFixit will undoubtedly have manuals to help you along the way.
