I wantd to apply my Apple Account Balance to my preorder for pickup. They tried to charge my credit card, it didn’t go through so I decided to call Apple today
So far I’ve been hung up on, randomly transferred to someone else, and transfer again to someone who apparently didn’t have their headset on and couldn’t hear me.
 
I had same issue. For some reason my apple card was wrong which no clue how that happened as its my main payment method with apple. I've used same number for 3 years no issues. Took apple 30-45 mins to fix it while I waited on the phone. Wish it could've been done online in seconds. Oh well. Order for pick up Friday good now.
 
Update: called again and got a good rep. Got my Apple Balance applied. Now I wonder if I can pick it up Friday instead of Saturday
