hi there,

sorry in advance for my ignorance. I am currently living in Spain but i got family living in USA. I am going to get my ipad sent as soon as possible.

i got a MBA but i did not use pre order, anyone could explain what i need, I guess i need a CC but do i need to provide the address where i want it sent? do they send it to the closest apple store for someone to pick up? if I pay with my CC, can someone pick it up for me?

hope someone can help me out!

saludos :D

buying it online usually means that you need to provide a credit card and an address to deliver the iPad. Not sure if that helps. Pre-order is just that ordering it before its actually available.

You may be confusing reserving, which apple did with the iPhone, you could reserve one and then pick it up at your local apple store. No credit cards were needed AFAIK when people reserved the iPhone.

You don't want to have it shipped but rather pick it up at an apple store, you'll need to wait until its available for sale at that point.

I used this VISA (spanish based) to buy a MBA from the apple.com web when i was there, it all worked just fine. my idea is to change my apple.com account details and put my family's then pay with this CC. u guys reckon that it can work?

thx
