I'm just wondering if you can pre-order the iphone 4 with the no-commitment price or do you actually have to go to the store to purchase it at that price. I know for the 3GS you can't buy it with the no-commitment price online.

What do you guys think?

by the way, im talking about USA :)

Maybe this year, though you haven't been able to in any year prior. In the years past, the no-commitment pricing wasn't an option for the first few weeks.

There maybe a way around it that I'm not aware of.

Do you have to use AT&T to get the no-commitment price?
Because Im canadian and I use rogers... If I just go to the US can I pick up an iphone 4 at the no-commitment price just like that?
