Pre-unlocked mystery phone... anything special to go from 1.1.3 to 2.0.1?

I'm looking into upgrading from 1.1.3 (4A93) to 2.0.1 using pwnage 2.0.2.

I understand the upgrade guide clearly, but I still have some concern as I bought my phone pre-unlocked in Singapore. The Modem Firmware version is 04.02.13_G. The 4th/5th digits of the serial number are 05 (so this is an early phone apparently), but I have no idea how the phone was first unlocked or if it was ever upgraded from an earlier version.

- Does any of this matter for the upgrade I want to do?
- Am I safe to use pwnage 2.0.2 starting from 1.1.3, or do I need to upgrade to 1.1.4 first?
- Do I still need to use BootNeuter to re-flash the baseband?

I was somewhat confused by this as well, coming from a 1.1.4 ZiPhone unlocked iPhone to 2.0.1... basically, though, as far as I can tell, you should do exactly the same process that is in guides such as the iClarified guide:

Including the same settings for bootneuter... it worked fine for me.
