Precise FindMy Tracking of AirPod2 case not working

I cannot use the precise tracking (UWB chip in iPhone 13) to find the Airpods Pro 2 case.

AirPods Pro 2 firmware: 5A377
iPhone 13 Pro Max (iOS 16.3)

I don‘t have the switch „Find My network“ on my „Airpods Pro 2“ settings menu.

Maybe it’s a fake pair of Airpods pro 2?
I have a fake pair with the exact same problem.

The Apple Store swapped my AirPods 2 case and UWB tracking works like a charm from now on.
