Pref File Uninstall on MBP

Where is the file located for application Enchancer?? i installed on a MBP and come to find out, it's not Universal. Now I have the icon in Sys Pref and i want it gone. I got rid of the folder in the Library but the icon is still showing up in "Other" section of the Pref application.

A folder named PreferencePanes should hold the file you want to remove. Spotlight should churn up two of these folders. One holds the system default panes and one holds custom panes.

It's not mine, but a family member who I finally switched. I'm amazed at how fast they really are (and thus how slow my machines all really are).
