I just sign up for at&t premier corporate account, when I login to my account to place order for i phone, i don't see the i phone4 on the premier web site what am i doing wrong?

Nothing wrong on your part but each FAN has an option for a unique device selection. Most larger group / corporate FAN select specific devices or groups of devices that they have reviewed and approve.

Why not just order directly from Apple?

Buy your iPhone in a Apple store or AT&T store. Activate it and then call in to get your discount applied.

Did this with my military discount.

I think the 16gb does seem to be shipping faster from att and the 32 is probably still the 7-10 days. To be fair they do say 7-10 on the 16gb but at least for now they are shipping after about 3 days.

No, it will probably be longer with AT&T.
AT&T gets their from Apple and they have limited supply.
