If you have the in-store pick up option, yes you should select that.Just know that you won't able to track where it's at. You'll get the ready for pick up email by thursday of next week.

Technically, Apple is not shipping the device to the store for you. You are buying from the store inventory allotment. Which can matter depending on inventory.
