Preordered ipad 3g, but no conformation email

I pre-ordered it over a hour ago and still no conformation email from apple. Usually you get emails right away when you pre-order or purchase something as expensive as this.

Should I be concerned?

I didn't get mine until the next day. Ordered on 4/18 and got the confirmation early in the morning on 4/19. They probably have a back-log because of all the orders they are processing to go out tomorrow.

My confirmation came just a few minutes after submitting the order.

Maybe because I preorderd last minute? So I probably wouldn't get it when they first ship them out.

Go to the Apple online store and check the status there. Upper right corner is the link for "Account" and choose "Order Status." Put it your info to log in and it will show your order.

You DEFINITELY won't get it with the first batch. It will go out next week though, since the next ship by is May 7.
