Preparing for a job at an Apple Store

I'm currently 16 and I want a job at an Apple Store, but I have no work experience. I heard you have to be 18 to work at an Apple Store, so I wanted to do the requirements so that when I'm 18 I can apply for a job. I don't know what kind of Resume they are looking for, and I was wondering if anyone can help me out? Can someone please give me the steps?
