Prevent Cross-site tracking now mandatory?

My toggle is greyed out. I don’t have restrictions on. If Apple makes it mandatory for all users, I applaude their strong stance on privacy.

This is on an iPhone X running on iOS 11.3.1

How can I upload a screenshot? Do I have to use Imgur first?

Ok now I’m suspecting it’s “block all cookies” that disabled that setting. Since it has no cookies to partition, there’s no need to prevent cross site tracking. (There’re still other ways sites can track you without cookies.)

Go to lensdump.com (much better because it doesn't compress), then upload a photo, and once the photo loads (it might give you the option to go full res) then use 3D Touch to open the image full screen and just copy the link
