Prevent iPhone screen from dimming when connected to a power source?

Any way to do this? I have my iPhone connected to my car stereo on a dock and would like for the screen to stay lit up so I can clearly see the screen without having to tap it.

Mine doesn't have "Never" as an option. I only have 1,2,3,4 & 5 minutes. I'm seeking an answer as well.

what firmware are you on? Be ajar it should have never even on my old iPod touch 1.1.4 it had the never option.
