iPhone Prevent wifi usage by specified app in iphone

Hi all, I can't disable wifi usage for a specific app installed in my iphone when I use it with iphone wifi turned on. Can you have a solution for this?

Reason: when I use only wifi (Cellular network disabled for all apps in ios setting) I want to force use of wifi only for some apps and not for some others.

iOS doesn’t allow that level of customization and control.
