Can some of you please try to reproduce it on your M1 machines? Or even better if you also have Intel based mac to try it on?
Reason I'm writing this thread is that I've discovered that also my friend with M1 machine has this problem.

My 15mid rmbp and m1 mbp can reproduce it.
I have already changed to PDF Viewer

User CleffyHeft found out, that (probably) window management apps are the culprit here. Specifically after quitting Rectangle or Magnet app the problem stops being reproducible.

Issue has been solved in MacOS 11.4.
