For highlighting, underlining, and striking through... all of these functions are in a dropdown menu for markup tools
I was wondering if there was a way to make each one of those function individually present in the edit toolbar?

I don't think you can have them as options, but they do have keyboard shortcuts if that helps?

No, but you can use the keyboard shortcuts for those functions, for faster access to them.
