previous ringtone bought from iTunes not showing up in iOS 5

it shows up in the iTunes window when syncing the iPhone and is checked to be transferred but then i go under ringtones on the phone and it's not showing up

Only seven custom ringtones show up

I have the same problem. Only 7 custom ringtones came over from my OS4 to OS5 update.

Anyone discover a work around?
