Previously unlocked iPhone - where's the guide for me?

It seems that now the OTB unlocks are possible, everyone who had already bought an iPhone has been forgotten.

I bought and unlocked an American 1.0.2 iPhone for use in the UK, which I've since upgraded to 1.1.2. What's the suggested method for upgrading to 1.1.3 and staying unlocked?
