Nice photos. If that's all you wanted to hear.. /end post.

If not, keep reading.

To be quite honest, the shots do nothing for me. This isn't a direct attack, but rather a general opinion. Too many wedding photos look the same. I know it's the clients who get to choose, but it bothers me.

Technically, although I'd need to see larger versions, I find the first one to be a bit soft (might be your lens). The 3rd and 4th ones are very underexposed (I guess you didn't use flash?) and the second one doesn't pop at all (again, no flash it seems). I'd say you should get yourself a flash. In the second photo, I'm far more interested in the background than the bride.

Conceptually, I like the first and fourth ones. By that, I mean they're the most original of the four.

Oh and the first one has some harsh bokeh.

Check out Flickr for some motivation.

This guy is my idol in terms of wedding photography. Check him out.

I write all this not to bring you down. I really think you have a lot of potential (granted I only saw 4 photos). Keep it up! :)

Edit: I proceeded to check out your site. A lot of great shots in there (from past weddings). For some reason though, these 4 don't stand out as much.

I couldn't careless, because I'm not a scientist.

This is what totally gets me about you people. You post your photos obviously for criticism; which is not synonymous with praise, and you get all nutty when someone sits down and really gives you the time to critque them. If you want praise show your mom, if you want criticism show people online.

You posted "hope you like it", why not be more real? Why not write, "hope you like it but if not, don't tell me because I'm not a scientist and therefore that means I couldn't care less." At least we'll be forewarned about what attitude you'll bring when someone doesn't fully bow down to your work.

As for you not being a scientist, what does that have to do with the price of tea in China?

FWIW, your site does display stronger photos, and some weaker ones too ... your choice for display is what was up for critique praise here.
