Wow,

Allthough not a common scenario i thought i would price up the best mac pro choosing all the best options except software.

On the US store it came to around $14k which is roughly £7k if you do the same for the uk store you get it for £11k which is about $22.

I was aware we paid a little more anyway but thats just awfull, you could fly to america and bring one back for that and have a 2 week holiday with money left over!!!!

That's what happens when you have an insanely weak $, coupled with the fact we've always just paid a little more anyway. Right now $1 = 50p

Apple (and not just Apple, everyone else is guilty as hell here too - I'm looking at you Microsoft with Vista!) should be taking this in to account with their pricing. None of them can claim currency fluctuations. The $ has been worth zip for at least a year.

It's bull****.
