Just thought I’d share,
I ordered an iPad Pro 2020 256gb from Best Buy since I had about half the value in gift cards. I noticed apple’s edu store is offering the iPad for $50 off, so after I ordered from BB I contacted them via chat and figured it was worth asking to see if they’d price match. The rep confirmed the price $849 and processed the credit. Few hours later I get an email confirmation saying a $250.14 credit was applied, and two days later it hits on my Apple Card. Not sure what happened here but, I’m planning on paying it forward and getting my local store pizza while they’re working their curbside program.
