Hey guys,

I have a late 2009 Mac Pro. It's the 8 core, with the 2.26 processors. It has 24gig ram, two 250 gig SSD drives, with one being the main program drive. It also has Four 2tb 7200rpm drives, with two of the, in a raid zero. I've also installed a Quadro 4000 for Mac video card, along side the stock video card. I use the stock to run a 30inch dell, while the quadro is used for cuda processing in Adobe software. Ive also installed the apple wifi card and an esata card for external drives.

My question. Looking to sell my Mac pro tower. What would be a reasonable price to ask? I've scalled dn what I do, and would love a new Macbook pro instead.

So any suggestions on what to ask and the best place to list?

Thank you for your time.

I would sell on ebay
Price... hmm... considering most of the ~2009 Mac Pros are around 500-1000 each, with your upgrades... $1,200.

Oh also this is MacBook Pro forums but you are asking about Mac Pro

Actually, this is the Mac Pro-forums?

eBay is your friend. Obviously you have a custom kit so price will vary more, but you can check completed listings for a 2009 Mac Pro and get a feel of how much you can expect and how much to initially list it for.
