Print centre won't go away?

I have an issue with my iPad pro.
If I swipe up on the screen I can see the background apps that are available but if I command/tab from the smart keyboard I can see the print centre but I can't swipe that app up to get rid of it.
I have not print jobs waiting either.
Anyone else see this issue?

A reset all settings fixed it.

I used to but for I phone, just restart your device and it should go away
