Question: I would like to batch print multiple PDFs quickly, but with my preset of printing 2 pages to a side (and double-sided). For example, a 4-page report would print on one piece of paper, double-sided.

I have this preset saved. Now I would like to drag and drop my pdf files, all at once, to say my print queue or printer shortcut. (not sure if the printer shortcut is a thing with Mac.) Thoughts?

More info, if needed:
I am working on Catalina 10.15
and my printer is the Canon iR-ADV 6555/6565 photocopier in my school.
My level: I am not an iT person, but I know my way around computers well enough. No scripting experience.

What I have been UNsuccessful with:
- Printing with preview > does not seem to recognize multiple files
- Dragging and dropping to the print Q (love it, but does not ask me what settings I want to use)
- Printing multiple files from the Finder (acrobat stops me, with an error, saying it can only print one document at a time, plus why - would I want to open all these files?

I find opening the first one and printing it (to ensure correct settings), then selecting the rest with CMD+P works really well. I have preview set as my default for opening PDFs, though - you may need to do the same.
