Hi all,

I have been battling the issue shown in the screenshot this afternoon. I have already:

  1. Reset the printing system in System Preferences
  2. Reinstalled the printer driver from the manufacturer's website
  3. Restarted the Mac
all to no avail.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

One step beyond what you've already tried is to thoroughly uninstall the printer software before you reinstall. You'll have to do some research or call the printer manufacturer to find out the location of every file you need to delete.

What brand and model printer is this, as the manufacturer might not support Catalina.
