I've got an M1 MBA. Several weeks ago I noticed that the printer icon that usually shows up in the dock when a printing job is going is no longer there. Printing jobs still go through with no problem, but I can't pause/cancel or see what's in the queue. If I go to Printers in System Preferences and hit "Open Print Queue" nothing happens. I have a number of printers listed there--HP, Brother and one Officejet. Open Print Queue opens for two of the Brothers, but none of the other printers.

I noticed this with 11.1; I upgraded to 11.2 today and still have the same problem.

Any thoughts?

Yes, same problem here on my M1 MBA. Though I *think* it started with 11.2 for me.

Good news--resetting worked.
Bad news--now re-adding all my printers...
