Printer not working with parallels desktop

I have a new imac which is loaded with parallels desktop and windows 7. I have an epson workforce 600 printer/scanner which is set up wirelessly. The printer works fine on my mac applications however not on my windows applications. When I go into control panel and check the printer is shows that it is setup and "Ready", however when I try to print it acts like it is going to print then shows an error of 31000. Any ideas how to resolve this problem.....
