hello i am having a problem with my 7200 hp all in one printer it won't scan and save to my i-photo or save to my computer and tells me i need the 43 code i need help thanks

1. How is this printer connected to the Mac?
2. When did it stop working?
3. Have you downloaded and installed the latest drivers from HP's website?
4. If you open Image Capture, will it run the scanner?
