Printer, Router, or iMac
I need help in figuring out which component is causing this problem. When I go to print lately from the iMac I get a message the printer is not connected. I have a HP 8620 printer. I finally found a work around—I go to the wireless icon on my Mac and change the wi-fi from the normal wifi (Netgear 97) to “HP 8620-Print-97-OfficeJet HP 8620”.
Never had this problem before. Tried everything I could think of: rebooted all components, etc. Does anyone have a clue if the printer, router or iMac is causing the problem so I could narrow down my search of a correctiong
