i have a laser printer canon mf3110 and my power mac doesnt have the driver. is there a way to connect my printer please help!

Looks like that model is Windows-only.

Maybe someone knows how to get around that?

Check the canon website to see if there are any mac drivers, normally its there.

like i said, i have never used the site... probably bogus anyway... did a more extensive search and could not come up with any osx drivers for that printer... looks like it really is windows only...

im surprised the printer is not recognized when plugged into the computer...

"No-more searching around for drivers"-yeah right! Seriously, if its not recognised on plug-in or a Google has no drivers, you're out of luck.

If you can skip the multifunction driver and try some of the other drivers, you may have a shot.

But I do not know what canon printer driver is closest.
