All Devices Printing issues.. only prints blank pages with sensitive material

Latel over the last few months I’ve been noticing any time I try to print anything with “sensitive info” it will only print blank pages. Even print preview is blank. I have been using HP AirPrint ready printers since day 1 of AirPrint and never ever had an issue before.

I can print pretty much anything, but for example my W2 is ready to print online from my employer and it will only print a blank page. I had to take a screen shot on my iPad and print via the photo app.

I guess I could try using the HP app but it’s much easier just using the drop down native iOS way.

Is there some kind of added security with iOS 13 I missed? I had my gf try to print some medical forms the other day and it printed blank for her too. iPhone or iPad it doesn’t matter.

Any ideas would be appreciated thanks !

I think I’m missing something here, but what do you mean by sensitive info? Is that a setting or something? What are you trying to print from, email, Safari, PDF? If it’s a PDF it might have printing blocked.

Sorry, sensitive info like say medical info or anything with my social. I’ve noticed when I try to print certain things I just get blank pages. I couldn’t find anything in settings.
