Hi

Silly question maybe but I have a PDF document that I want to print but it is 66 Pages long, is there a way that I can print more than one on screen page onto one A4 sheet of paper ?

in Preview:

archive - print - select pictures per side

Hi

Not sure I am in the right place, but I choose print, there is a Preview button, I click on that and I get a message saying, preview not supported.

In Previews print dialog change "Preview" to "layout" and select the number of Pages per Sheet you want.

Preview is not a button, it is an application that is built into Mac OS and is the default software in which you open and view PDF files and images.
