I have Office 365, and whatever the most current version of MS word is on the Mac. I have an occasional need to print labels (the Avery kind) and easily enough can access the label sizes I need. However, while the MS Word dialogue gives an option to have the same address propagated across the entire sheet of labels, whenever I select the option to print an address onto a single label (ie not the entire sheet of labels) the "Ok" button is grayed out and I cannot access it. There must be a way to get that functionality to work as the dialogue box allows me to pick a column and row for the text.

I am attaching screenshots of both selections to see the difference. All help appreciated. TIA.

It works if you press "Print..." which you can see it in the print preview. It just did not allow you to save the Label as a Word.docx...

Ahhhh! Thank you! Do you happen to know if there is there a way to print several labels in one shot? So if I want to print two or three different labels for a single mailing, how those could be inputted? Or do I have to print them one by one?

I guess you can save a full page label to a Word.docx and manually modify each label in that document. Alternatively, you might want to download an Avery Word template, edit each label, save it and print...

Actually, that's the easiest way to do it. Just download the Avery Template as suggested by @liya1201 and open it as a docx file. You can then address your labels which ever way you want. Avery does have various sized label templates so be sure to use the correct one.
