Printing TIFF files in Preview Doesn't Work

I signed up for an internet fax number so that I may receive faxes via e-mail. The service sends the faxes to me in an attached TIFF file which I can view in Preview. The trouble is Preview only likes to print the first page of each fax. I can see the remaining pages but Preview won't print them.

Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong? I noticed that one of the fixes in the upcoming 10.4.3 is "printing from Preview.app." Might this be a fix the problem I'm having?

I don't have any TIFF files to try this out on, but maybe convert them to a different format such as JPG or something and print them again.

This can be done through Save As.

I just tried printing the same TIFF file from my computer at work which runs Panther, so I'm thinking that this is indeed a bug with Tiger's version of Preview.
