iPhone Prison Break for iOS 7 soon?

Makes sense, why would they burn there exploit and then by the time the new iPad comes out with a new update out the box the exploit would be patched.
No, they aren't really making these statements.
As they have always done, they are waiting for the first major update to iOS to release their jailbreak. They do this because at first, Apple will release a few minor updates in faster succession to fix small issues, in which Apple could easily patch exploits used for the jailbreak.
They wait until the first major release, because after that, Apple generally will not release another one for several months, so this is the most advantageous time to release their jailbreak.
They aren't saying when it'll be released; it's all been bloggers/people saying it be released at 7.x.x
Show a link to them saying they are planning to release it after an iOS 7 version (whether reddit or twitter)
And as said above, they're most likely waiting for a major release that fixes many bugs to iOS 7
To the best of my knowledge, they aren't even at the point of waiting for a specific iOS version before releasing. The latest tweets from the evad3rs team said they are making good progress and might have all the 'pieces' they need (whether 'pieces' refers to bugs or to exploits they've created with those bugs, I don't know). There's still a long way to go. I'm confident that they will release a jailbreak, it's just a question of a) how long it takes them and b) what updates they need to wait out. I think post 7.1 is likely; 7 is still pretty buggy and there's certainly a major update coming at some point soon to fix those problems.
The good news is, the timetable has moved way, way up in comparison to the jailbreak for 6. There was nothing happening with it until after Christmas.

Aha, the doubters and haters are back!
They always come out of the woodwork prior a new JB release, they are usually the first to pickup the JB after the release and i severly doubt if they ever donated for a JB!
Like said by others they are not at a point they can release anything, they never said they are holding of to such and such release, that is pure speculation on the part of some posters.

Prison = Jail?
Just because those two words mean the same thing, doesn't mean they're interchangebale. Jailbreak is a noun.
You can't call someone Tom when they're named Bob just because Tom is a name too.
Sorry, but that's a bad example. Tom is Tom and Bob is Bob.
Prison is another term for Jail, but in context with this subject it's not interchangeable, like tomcat can't be called thomascat

You got me, bad example. Aren't too many real world examples of a situation like this. Either way, it's called Jailbreak.
