I noticed this feature is enabled by default in iOS 14, should it be disabled or should I leave it enabled?

Leave it enabled unless you’re having trouble connecting to a WiFi or maintaining a connection.
On some days my internet is fast and some days it isn’t, is it because I have cable internet (spectrum) or is it because of this feature enabled?

If you use any type of VPN, turn PA off.

every day mid afternoon between 3-4 it seems cable acts up, toggle WiFi helps, it impacts tv (Netflix) — and watch out to see if you are switching to or using cellular data when WiFi is unreliable.

I don’t use any vPn, my router is the Apple AirPort Extreme (latest model)

so should I keep private address turned on or turn it off?
