Private relay still says beta

I upgraded my iPhone 12 Pro Max in yesterday to iOS 15 final version. I saw in iCloud setting that private relay is still in beta, is it just me? Btw, I had to turn it off because it slowing down on webpages.

Apple admits it is in beta.
And it is.
I turned it off a while ago and never look back. I need access to websites and apps.

Yes, Apple stated that Private Relay would be rolled out still in beta testing for now (Link)

Wel yeah, like a VPN its routing traffic around more than it usually would be, so its going to add some form of a delay.
